What This Means to the Modern Financial Professional:

Interpreting this section requires an ability to conceive how environmental circumstances can be bent to facilitate success. Assess the opponent’s dependencies and attack those with multiple tactics to weaken their position and prompt parlaying, without actual direct assaults. Are we talking about options play here? Are we talking about the impact of weather forecasting on commodity futures? There are many ways to turn a profit, to hedge a position, and to make money on the Street.
